Our various home-cooked meals are freshly prepared every week using only the highest grade ingredients, with no oil or sugar added!
They are then fast-frozen to ensure maximum freshness and taste.

There is a wonderful selection to choose from, ranging from traditional favorites like Bobotie, Mustard Chicken & Veg, to Indian dishes like Biryani and Creamy Vegetable Curry, to Continental delights like Moussaka, Lasagna, and Spaghetti Bolognaise etc.
Each meal is presented frozen and is simply a case of 'heat & eat' in either a microwave or an oven for an instantly delicious and convenient dinner. Serve with a side salad, and satisfaction is guaranteed!
These meals can be enjoyed for Lunch or Dinner, or both as there is such a wonderful variety to choose from.
All our meals are LOW GL. Why Low GL?
While GI is the way of scoring how fast the carbohydrate within food raises your blood sugar (compared to Glucose), GL goes one better by factoring in the quantity as well as the quality of the carbohydrate. This gives you a far more accurate reflection of the effect on your blood sugar levels.
Therefore, all our foods are also DIABETIC-FRIENDLY!!
In order to lose excess weight, woman -generally- should keep to approximately 40-45 GL's per day, and men - generally - to approximately 60-65 GL's per day.
Remember: you have to 'eat clean to be lean!'
